EESPTO Leaders · October 29, 2024 ·

The Edmunds Elementary and Edmunds Middle (Engage) PTOs are teaming up for a bake sale fundraiser on Election Day: Tuesday, November 5.

Please sign up to bring a baked good. Baked goods can be homemade or store bought. Cookies, cupcakes, brownies, muffins or breads are all welcome, be creative! Gluten free and dairy free items are appreciated. Please label homemade items with ingredients. One sign up = a pan of brownies or a batch of cookies or a box of cupcakes.

Baked goods can either be dropped off to the table between 6 am and 7 pm on Tuesday, November 5 or to Kim Brockway’s house on the evening of Monday, November 4. Please email Kim at [email protected] or text at 917-513-1320.

Thank you!

EES PTO Event Help!

EESPTO Leaders · September 23, 2024 ·

We are looking for teams of people to organize and coordinate PTO events this year (2024-25). We have specific how-to documents to support you. Gretchen, Irene, and Eric are also available to assist. The PTO has funds to support these events, so there is no monetary cost to you. Thank you for your consideration. Please reach out with questions. Thank you!

  • Irene Cervantes: [email protected]
  • Eric Zamore: [email protected]

PTO Volunteers Needed

EESPTO Leaders · September 20, 2024 ·

Edmunds Elementary PTO

We would love to get some new faces to help lead PTO into the mid-2020s!  We would still be around to help, volunteer, and answer questions but we have been in charge for a few years and would like to pass it on to the next set of families.

Past PTO leaders have had full time jobs, multiple school-aged children, and/or volunteered for other organizations – you give what you can to help Edmunds Elementary School come together as a community.  It is very rewarding and it means so much to EES students and families!  Please help us continue the tradition of PTO events!

If you are interested in volunteering or have questions about the PTO, please email the PTO Leaders: Gretchen Platt, Kim Brockway, and Irene Cervantes at [email protected].

Edmunds Elementary Skate Night

EESPTO Leaders · March 27, 2024 ·

Leddy Park Arena – Friday, May 2th – 5:00-7:00 pm

Get ready to turn up the fun dial at Gordon H. Paquette Ice Arena (Leddy Park) on Friday, May 2 for an evening packed with good vibes and great times!

We’ve got the ultimate combo: free skate rentals, pizza, and endless laughter! The party starts at 5:00 pm sharp and goes until 7:00 pm. And guess what? At 5:30 pm, stop by the snack bar area for some delicious pizza and refreshing drinks courtesy of the PTO.

We encourage you to bring your own helmet and skates, if you have them. (Bike helmets are fine.)

Get your groove on and join us for an epic night of skating and mingling. It’s more than just an event – it’s a chance to make memories with your EES family that you’ll cherish forever.

RSVP here by Tuesday, April 29 and let us know if you can make it.

Seeking parent volunteers! Sign up here if you can help on the day of the event.

Still have questions? Reach out to Sydney Streets Gibson at [email protected].

PTO Volunteers Needed

EESPTO Leaders · January 31, 2024 ·

Believe it or not, we are still looking for two more volunteers for the morning horseshoe drop-off on Monday and Wednesday mornings (7:50-8:10).  We only have a little more than four months to go in the school year but it would be great to have some more help so volunteers would not have to be out there multiple times during the week.

Help organize Mayfair!  We have a couple of folks who have signed up but we could use a few more to help with our fun end of the year event.

PTO Officers needed for 2024-25.  We would love to get some new faces to help lead PTO into the mid-2020s!  We would still be around to help and volunteer and answer questions but we have been in charge for a few years and would like to pass it on to the next set of families.  Past PTO leaders have had full time jobs, multiple school-aged children, and/or volunteered for multiple organizations – you give what you can to help EES come together as a community.  It is very rewarding and it means so much to EES students and families!  Please help us continue the tradition of PTO events!

If you are interested in volunteering or have questions about these roles or volunteering with the PTO in general, please email the PTO Leaders: Gretchen Platt, Kim Brockway, and Irene Cervantes at [email protected].
