This year, Teacher Appreciation Week is the first week of May and we are excited to celebrate the fantastic folks at Edmunds! We plan to have events throughout the week, including a Gift Card Raffle. If you are looking for an opportunity to thank the amazing teachers of Edmunds, and are able to contribute, please consider purchasing a gift card to donate to our Teacher Appreciation Gift Card Raffle. If you have a connection to a local shop or know someone who does, please consider asking them to make a gift. Some ideas for shops/services: City Market, Phoenix Books, August First, any of our great local shops and restaurants.

Gift cards in any amount would be very much appreciated. We are asking that gift cards be turned in no later than Thursday, April 28th. If you are able to contribute, please contact Irene ([email protected]) or Gretchen ([email protected]) or send them in to school in an envelope for Trish Palmer.

Friendly reminder:
Arrival time & procedures: PTO Parking Volunteers have worked hard in the past few years to implement a program that ensures our children’s safety at drop-off, while also making it as convenient as possible for parents. Please follow these rules so that everyone can safely get to the Drive-thru drop-off available in the Main Street horseshoe. To keep traffic flowing, a right turn only onto Main Street is strongly encouraged. No students should enter school grounds by using the South Union Street driveway.
No parking in the Main Street horseshoe from 7:45-8:30AM.
Do not drop students off at the back of the school!
DO NOT park in the staff parking lot.
Use the metered parking spots on Main Street if you need to park.

Please be respectful of the volunteers assisting your child and of the other families. This is a busy and hectic time of day! If you are interested in volunteering and can commit about 20 minutes once per week from 7:50-8:10 or so, please contact Irene Cervantes ([email protected]).
